How Fit do I need to be?

At times we will be trekking at approximately 3,500m above sea level so you need to be a reasonable level of fitness.  Taking it steady at your pace and drinking lots of water is the best advice!  Good hiking boots and gear are a good place to start, for more details on what to pack and all about altitude sickness see our FAQ
